Kiri Ericsson

Kiri was a participant on the very first Conservation Work Skills programme back in 2018- and she was so great that CVNZ then hired her to lead the Wellington-based CWS programme.  She is passionate about helping others who have been stay at home parents or those who have made silly choices in their life that are now effecting their career prospects.  Since working as a CWS team leader she has become very passionate about ensuring people’s personal lifestyle choices are respected, heard and not shut down or taken away.  We cannot force change onto others, we must co-exist and educate so she believes everyone should do so respectfully and with empathy.  If she is not working she is spending time with her grandsons and/or daughters.
